• Implement three (3) leadership coaching sessions with the new Executive Leader.
• Conduct two (2) stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure role integration.

We conduct initial resume and credential screenings to ensure candidates meet the minimum qualifications and preferred attributes.
We implement a rigorous multi-stage evaluation process, including structured competency-based interviews, behavioral assessments (MBTI), and leadership simulations.
We perform extensive background verification, including education, employment history, financial reviews, and criminal and driver record checks.
We stand behind the quality of our executive placements and we offer a 6-month placement guarantee. If the selected candidate leaves within 6 months, DWC Enterprise will conduct a one-time replacement search at no additional charge to the county except for the costs associated with background checks, assessments, and verification services.
Exclusions:
The guarantee does not apply if the executive:
• Resigns due to company restructuring, layoffs, or changes in job scope.
• Is terminated for reasons unrelated to performance, including economic downturns or business closures.
• Leaves due to workplace conflict, harassment, or cultural misalignment not disclosed during the search.
• Has their contract bought out by a competitor or another firm.
